Online bookings that land in MechanicDesk

Avenue takes the booking from your website, your Google listing and the calls you miss, then adds it to MechanicDesk with the customer's details. Keep running your workshop the way you do now.

Set up for you at no extra cost. No lock-in contract.

Overview

You already run your workshop in MechanicDesk. Your jobs, quotes, invoices and stock all live there, and none of that needs to change. Avenue looks after the part that comes first: getting the booking in.

Customers can book on your website, from the Book online button on your Google listing, or from the link Avenue's AI Call Agent texts them when you can't get to the phone. However they book, it goes straight into MechanicDesk with their details, and you get a notification. No copying it across, and no typing it in twice.

Setting it up is on us. Send us your MechanicDesk link and we'll connect it when we build your booking form. There are no passwords to share and nothing to install.

How a booking gets into MechanicDesk

  1. 1

    Your customer books

On your website, on your Google listing, or from the link Avenue texts after a call you missed.

  2. 2

    Avenue confirms it

They get a confirmation by SMS and email, then reminders before the visit.

  3. 3

    It lands in MechanicDesk

The booking and their details show up in MechanicDesk, and you get a notification so you know it's there.

Why workshops on MechanicDesk add Avenue

MechanicDesk runs the workshop. Avenue is built to win the booking before the car arrives.

  • Finished in under a minute

A short form with rego lookup, so customers book before they lose interest. They only see times you can take.

    See the booking form
  • Opens over your website

A floating Book Online button opens the form on top of your site, so customers never leave your page.

    See where customers book
  • Bookings from Google

Customers book from the Book online button on your Google Business Profile, without calling.

    See bookings from Google
  • Missed calls still land

Avenue's AI Call Agent answers the calls you can't take and texts a booking link. That booking goes into MechanicDesk too.

Keep MechanicDesk. Add Avenue in front of it.

Avenue doesn't replace your workshop software. It brings the bookings in, and MechanicDesk takes it from there.
